Jasmine of sweetsimplevegan.com and I, teamed up to celebrate #Novemburger with two fun veggie burger recipes that are easy to make and delicious to eat!

A little over a month ago, I moved across the country from NJ to CA and have since been welcomed by some amazing people with incredible talent. In particular, Jasmine, who is so full of positive energy and an uplifting spirit. I feel so grateful to be able to share my interests and passions with her. We’ve been having the most fun developing recipe ideas and going on adventures across Southern California.

While I was living in a temporary space in LA, during the apartment hunt, we were inspired to make veggie burgers after trying a Hilary’s Eat Well burger that was reminiscent of Thanksgiving. We thought it would be fun to each make our own versions to share with you all. Below is my recipe for chickpea lentil burgers served on pretzel bun sliders.
